TERMS OF SERVICE

✿ Full payment is required, before the commission is started.

✿ All prices are in USD. Please don't try to haggle the prices, as It will result in immediate blacklisting.

 

✿ Invoices are sent via paypal.

 

✿ All customers agree to the Terms of Service once the commission has begun; It is up to the customer to read through the Terms of Service.

✿ When paying your invoice make sure correct amount is paid. If in the events the correct amount is not paid, the commission will not proceed until the TOTAL amount is paid.

 

✿ In the events of tipping, all tips are NOT REFUNDABLE. 

​

✿ Rush order fees are an additional 50% of the total price

​

✿ Failure to pay without notice will result in the termination of the commission and blacklisting. 

✿ I have the right to turn down a commission at any given time. 

​​

✿ If in the events of a cancellation (by client) during sketch stage, 50% of the payment will be returned. 

 

✿ If in the events of a cancellation (by client) during or after completed stage, there will be NO REFUND.

✿ If in the events of a cancellation (by the artist) at any stage, 100% of the payment will be returned. 

​

✿ Please allow 2 - 3 WEEKS from when payment is received, for the completion of the commission.

 

✿Be advised, a more complex commission may require more time and will be discussed between the artist and client. 

 

✿ Please include as much detail as possible with your commission, provide as much reference images, written dot points as you like; the more the better! Communication is very important!
 

✿ Throughout the process, the client will be updated with progress shots and kept in the loop through the commission.​

✿ In the draft stage PLEASE be clear on what changes you want.

​

✿ If there is something you'd like changed or you aren't happy with, PLEASE let me know so I can make sure you are happy and satisfied with your product.

​

✿ Changes can only be applied in the draft stage, once the commission has been pushed to the finalisation stage, NO further changes can be applied ($15usd fee will be charged for each change to the commission in the final stage)

✿Once the commission is complete the client will receive the original file image and the appropriate file sizes via email.

✿ All rights of the commission to the artist, the client has personal rights to the commission. 

 

✿ If you'd like to use your illustration / designs for commercial use, an additional 50% of the total price must be paid to the artist.
 

✿Do not redistribute the commission without credit (Artist must be tagged).
